1. What is Umrah Forward?
Umrah Forward is a charitable initiative that sponsors Umrah trips for laborers and underprivileged Muslims, facilitates Umrah on behalf of the deceased, and provides Sadaqah Jariyah opportunities such as Qurans, wheelchairs, and meals distributed in Makkah and Madinah.
2. Can I donate on behalf of someone else?
Yes! You can dedicate your donation to a loved one, whether alive or deceased. This includes sponsoring Umrah, gifting a Quran, or donating a wheelchair in their name.
3. Will I receive proof of my donation?
Yes. For all Sadaqah Jariyah and Umrah-related donations, we provide confirmation emails, and where applicable, photos, videos, or receipts once the donation has been fulfilled.
4. What kind of Sadaqah Jariyah can I give?
We currently offer the following:

Qurans placed in the Haram or gifted to those in need

Wheelchairs for pilgrims with limited mobility

Meals and water for those in Makkah and Madinah

Umrah on behalf of the deceased

5. Where are your donations distributed?
All items and services are distributed in the haramain of Makkah and/or Madinah through our on-ground team and verified vendors.
6. Are my donations tax deductible?
We are currently in the process of registering for nonprofit/tax-deductible status in specific jurisdictions. Please contact us to confirm eligibility based on your country of residence.
7. Can I volunteer or get involved?
Yes! We're actively seeking volunteers, partners, and ambassadors to help grow the mission. Reach out to salam@umrahforward.com to learn more.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers. All transactions are processed securely.
