Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of our work—facilitating charitable services such as Umrah sponsorships, sadaqah jariyah, and physical donations—we generally do not offer refunds once a donation or sponsorship has been processed.

However, if you believe there was an error with your transaction or if you made an unintentional payment, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Returnable Items

All items sent as part of a charitable contribution—especially consumables or religious items—are non-returnable, in line with industry and religious standards.
